Traffic on Crestwood Drive between Navarro and Main may only travel west

As construction continues on the third and final phase of the Crestwood Drive reconstruction project, residents are reminded that Crestwood Drive between Navarro Street and Main Street is closed to eastbound traffic.
This means that traffic may only travel from Navarro Street to Main Street, not the other way around.
As the project continues, the City will sometimes need to change which lane is open so that crews can work on different parts of the road. Regardless of which lane is open—the north lane or the south lane—City officials intend to keep the road westbound-only for the duration of the project to be consistent and to best accommodate the flow of traffic in the area.
All businesses and homes in the construction zone will remain accessible, and residents are encouraged to support businesses in the work zone. Through traffic can avoid delays by seeking alternate routes.
