The City is making steady progress on infrastructure repairs, community development and other goals outlined in the 2035 Comprehensive Plan, according to the latest update on the 2021-2023 Action Agenda.
The City develops a new action agenda every three to four years, setting concrete goals that align with the 2035 Comprehensive Plan.
The final update for fiscal year 2022 highlights achievements such as:
- The opening of Enchanted Gardens Apartments, a partnership between Realtex Development Corporation and the Victoria Housing Finance Corporation, which primarily serves low-income residents
- Breaking ground on the Riverside Park dog park, a partnership with Girl Scout Izzy Drane
- Progress on the final phase of the North Heights street rehabilitation project
