About
The City of Victoria Public Works Department is a member of the Texas 811 System and is notified via email each time a utility locate is registered through them. By Texas Law everyone who will be excavating must give utility companies a two day notice before digging begins. This gives utility companies ample time to respond to the request and to send someone out to locate utility lines.
