Performance Benchmarks
The Mission of the Victoria Fire Department is To Preserve Life and Property with a Dedicated and Caring Service. A major component of this mission is to consistently measure ourselves to identify not only challenges but also successes. The Victoria Fire Department has outlined significant goals for each of the three Divisions (Operations, Training, and the Fire Marshal’s Office).
