The City of Victoria adopted our 2035 Comprehensive Plan on April 5, 2016. The Comprehensive Plan is a tool that assists in planning the future of Victoria by addressing the needs of the community for:

  • Land use
  • Parks and Recreation
  • Transportation
  • Utilities
  • A variety of other topics relevant to quality of life in Victoria.

This document represents the citizens’ vision of what Victoria can accomplish by 2035, and will help guide the decision-making process of city officials and staff in future projects.
